Susan earned her degree in Recreation and Parks Management with a Natural Resource Conservation emphasis. With over 30 years of environmental education and program planning experience, Susan was one of the first Creek Week Steering Committee members in 2014 and is now an independent contractor for the District providing outreach and education to Pueblo County. She most recently served the Pueblo City-County Health Department promoting recycling, materials diversion, and sustainability. She is a Life Member of Girl Scouts USA, a talented baker, and is proud of her Scottish ancestry.
