Panel Session 1: Fountain Creek: Streamflow, Water Quality, Sediment, Geomorphology, Biology, and Precipitation with United States Geological Survey

Scientists Matt Ely, Krystal Brown, Brandon Forbes, Carl Bern, and Dustin Ethredge from the USGS Colorado Water Science Center share findings of their research and monitoring of the watershed.

 

Panel Session 2: FCWD's In-Lieu Fee Program

Lucy Harrington of GEI Consultants and Executive Director Schuch share details on a proposed program which would establish a sustainable funding mechanism for future mitigation and restoration projects needed in the Watershed.

 

Panel Session 3: Lessons from an Elder District

Mary Powell and David Skuodas of the Mile High Flood District share insights into a longer running Special District and provide suggestions and recommendations for our region to consider.
