Introducing FCWD’s In-Lieu Fee Mitigation Program: Panelists will provide an overview of FCWD’s new In-Lieu Fee (ILF) program, designed to offer a stream-lined environmental permitting process. You will be introduced to the purpose of the program, learn how it works at a high level, and hear perspectives from the District, consulting, and regulatory partners on why the ILF approach matters for flood resiliency, watershed health, and development project delivery while also respecting private property and water rights.
