The Fountain Creek Watershed District (FCWD) invites you to join us for an in-person ILF 101 Workshop focused on the District’s In-Lieu Fee (ILF) Mitigation Program, currently in development.

The program will be held in person only on Thursday October 29th from 2-4pm at the Independence Center, 729 S. Tejon Street Colorado Springs, CO 80907. 

This workshop is designed for those who may interact with, benefit from, or have questions about the ILF Program, including:

• Landowners
• Restoration and mitigation practitioners
• Environmental and engineering consultants
• Local governments and public agencies
• Developers and project proponents
• Other organizations working on watershed restoration and mitigation

During the workshop, we’ll introduce the structure, process, and progress of the ILF Program. We will also discuss how it supports restoration and mitigation across El Paso and Pueblo Counties, and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about how the program may intersect with your work or property.

No prior ILF experience is necessary. This is intended as an introductory workshop and an opportunity to build a shared understanding of the program as it continues to develop.

Please register by October 22nd.  Registration is required for this free workshop.
