The earth's waters - oceans, lakes, rivers, creeks - are known as "blue spaces". They are breathtaking and a powerful source of well-being. Christine Malmborg of Dragonfly Paddle Yoga will explore the vital role of blue spaces have on our physical and mental health and overall well-being.
