DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE
NATIONWIDE PERMIT REISSUANCE REQUEST FOR COMMENTS
On September 15, 2020, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers published in the Federal Register its proposal to reissue the 52 existing nationwide permits (NWPs) and issue five new NWPs. The attached public notice provides information regarding the opportunity to comment on the proposed NWPs, general conditions, and definitions. The public notice is also available on our website at www.spa.usace.army.mil/reg/pn.
Comments on national issues relating to these NWPs should be submitted to docket number COE-2020-0002 at www.regulations.gov, by email to nationwidepermits2020@usace.army.mil, or by mail to Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Directorate of Civil Works, ATTN: CECW-CO-R, 441 G Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20314-1000. Comments on the proposed NWPs are due by November 16, 2020.

DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE
COLORADO STREAM QUANTIFICATION TOOL (CSQT) V1.0 APPROVED FOR USE
Interested parties are hereby notified that the District Engineers for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), Albuquerque, Omaha, and Sacramento Districts, have approved the statewide use of the Colorado Stream Quantification Tool (CSQT) v1.0. The CSQT is a functional and condition assessment method (FCAM) that provides a common currency for calculating lift (credits) and loss (debits) associated with stream mitigation sites and permitted activities that may require compensatory mitigation. This public notice announces the availability of the CSQT v1.0 and provides a summary of the changes that were made in response to public comments and beta-testing.

- Fountain Creek Water Sentinels, Multiple Events, Dates and Locations. The Fountain Creek Water Sentinels is a combined effort between the Pikes Peak Group and the Sangre de Cristo Group of the Sierra Club.
