Vision Plan

The Fountain Creek Vision Task Force completed its (click here) strategic plan for the watershed in March 2009. The plan is a collaborative document written by stakeholders in the watershed, including staff from the cities of Pueblo, Colorado Springs, and Fountain; El Paso County; the Pueblo Board of Water Works; Colorado Springs Utilities; former Senator Ken Salazar’s office; Fort Carson; Colorado Open Lands; the Sierra Club; AWARE Colorado; Peaks Peak Area Council of Governments; CH2MHill; and Matrix Design Group. In addition, residents of El Paso, Pueblo, and Teller counties who are not affiliated with any government or organization but who are committed to improvements in Fountain Creek made invaluable contributions to this plan.
